JERIMEE AARON, DIRECTOR
Hello! I'm Jerimee Aaron, and it's an absolute joy to serve the incredible students, families, and staff at Tempe Christian Preschool. I've had the privilege of working at TCPS on two previous occasions—first as a 4's assistant with the delightful Mrs. Betty Gifford, and later as an administrative assistant. My journey in education has also included five enriching years in a special education program called SPARK within the Tempe Elementary School District.
My wife, Jessica, and I have been happily married for 20 years, and our three children have all been part of the TCPS community at some point. Music is a big part of my life, and I’ve been lucky to share that passion through the worship ministry at Tempe Nazarene Church, where I sang, and played drums and piano. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my extended family and friends, enjoy trips to the zoo with my children, cheer at their sporting events, build Lego sets, and indulge in a good Hallmark movie whenever I can.
I’m thrilled to be part of this supportive community and look forward to making wonderful memories together!

I'm proud to be a wife, mother, and grandmother. I was born in California and have been in Arizona for thirty-six years. I have been married to my husband Van for forty-two years and we have five children and twelve grandchildren that I love and love to spoil a lot.
My passion is to love on all the children and families at TCPS and TNC. It is a privilege to learn all their names and to see how they grow up here learning about Jesus. I always tell the children Jesus is my best friend and he can be yours also. I started at the church in 1983 and I have been the Preschool Director since 2001.
My favorite things are shopping, chocolate, and coffee.
My favorite Bible Verse is Proverbs 3:5–6

Asst. Director of education & developement
With nearly three decades in early childhood education, I have had the privilege of helping young children grow, learn, and thrive. For almost five of those years, I have been blessed to be part of our school community. I hold an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education with an Infant/Toddler focus and bring extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, and early childhood leadership, including previous roles as an Assistant Director and Director. I am passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. I am honored to serve as Assistant Director of Programs and Education and I look forward to supporting our children, families, and teachers each day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two adult children. I love being creative and crafting, and I enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with my family. My faith is an important part of my life and inspires the way I serve and care for others. I feel truly blessed to be part of a community that allows me to combine my passion for early childhood education with the things I value most in life.
For the past 16 years, I’ve had the joy of being part of Tempe Christian Preschool. I began my journey as a teacher and have grown into my current role as Assistant Director of Operations. As an Arizona native, I feel incredibly grateful to have built my career in a place where I can make a difference in the lives of children and families.
I’m a proud mom of three children and a pet mom to a cat and a dog. Being around children is truly my happy place, and I love watching them learn, grow, discover new things, and become their own little people. I feel blessed to do what I love every day!
I worked as a personal trainer in San Diego for many years, and always loved helping people live healthier lives. I went back to school in 2015 to become an NDTR (nutrition and dietetic technician, registered). During my coursework I learned about the impact I could make working in early education by teaching kids that nutritious foods can be yummy and exciting.
I’ve been working at TCPS since the beginning of the 2018–2019 school year. I create and shop for the snacks we serve each day and am working on improving our nutrition policies to make sure the children are getting healthy foods each day. My favorite part of my job is finding new items to serve for snack and getting into the classrooms to see which healthy foods the children are enjoying.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love running local races, taking my family to the zoo, and finding new recipes to try.
