eNROLLMENT


Our early learning center operates year-round from January to December, with a one-week closure at the end of May and a break for the Christmas Holiday between December and January. Our school year officially starts in late July for yearly enrollment.
In March, currently enrolled students have the opportunity to register for the upcoming year.
We conduct open registration and enrollment for new students each May, with ongoing enrollment available throughout the year as spaces allow.
Acceptance into our program is contingent upon availability, the completion of registration and required paperwork, submission of immunization records, and full payment of the registration fee. Our registration fees are updated annually: $175 for one student or $300 for family enrollment (two or more students). We are pleased to accept the DES Childcare Subsidy.

MONTHLY TUITION

Tuition is based on enrollment (a reserved space), not on attendance.  As an early learning center, tuition is due for each child for all contracted days and as such is not reduced or prorated when a child is out sick. A morning & afternoon snack is included with tuition!

 

**Arriving or picking up outside of your contracted time will result in a $15.00 penalty fee per occurrence. You will have until the next pick up time to pick up your child. If your child is picked up after 5:30 p.m., the penalty fee is $25.00 through 5:44 p.m. and $1.00 per minute for every minute thereafter. Likewise arriving before your contracted dropoff time will result in a $15.00 penalty fee per occurrence.**
