Tuition Information

Our program is a yearly Early Childcare Education program and tuition is due for ALL contracted (enrollment) days per child. Childcare fees are based on enrollment (a reserved space), not on attendance.

 

Tuition is due for both well and sick days. TCPS strictly enforces their sick policy so please become familiar with it. Acceptance into our program is based on availability, current immunizations, completed registration, and required paperwork, along with the total Registration Fee paid in full.

Fiscal Year is August through July.

 

Monthly Tuition Rate

Due every month on or before the 15th. Delinquent on the 16th with a $35.00 Late Fee applied. Includes morning/afternoon snacks, Infant – Pre-Kindergarten

6:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday

 

Pick-up Times

Half Day: 12:00 pm, Full Day: 4:00 pm, Extended Day: 6:00 pm

You are considered late if arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. You will be charged for the next pick up time.

Registration and Additional Fees

Non-Refundable Registration Fee

This fee is charged upon enrollment and annually thereafter.

  • New Student: $175.00 is due at Registration. (Includes Curriculum/Supply, Office, and Special Events Activity.)
  • Those who enroll mid-year will be charged a re-registration fee in order to bring current for our new school year beginning August and ending in July as a returning student.
    • New Enrollees September–February will be charged their re-registration of $175.00 in March.
    • New Enrollees March–August will be charged their re-registration of $175.00 in August.
  • Staff must pay registration fee for child or family registration for multiple children.

Re-registration Fee

This fee will be applied to your March billing statement and must be paid in full BEFORE May 1.

  • Returning Student: $175.00

Staff pay registration fees for child or family registration for multiple children.

 

Family Registration Fee

  • New and Returning Student: $300.00

Families with two or more children enrolled in our program will pay a Discounted Registration Fee of $300.00 per fiscal year. Because this is a discount, this amount stays the same no matter what time of year you have enrolled into our program.

 

Additional Fees

This fee will be applied to your April billing statement.
